Do I have to pay to send my Blackberry to CashBerry for Recycling?
We offer a FREEPOST service to our customers, however we cannot be responsible for phones lost in the Post. For piece of mind you might think about sending your high value Blackberry to us by Recorded or Special Delivery as this provides a Tracking Number and Insurance through the Post Office.

How do I know if my device is in fully working order?
In order to receive 100% of the advertised price your Blackberry must:
- Turn ON and OFF
- Be fully functional
- The screen cannot be cracked or broken
- Send and Receive calls
- Show no signs of liquid damage
- The housing should not be excessively damaged or be crushed
- Include the Battery and Back Cover
- Work and be fully intact

Can I donate the money received for my device to Charity?
We will gladly send the money to your favourite Charity on your behalf, when you receive the sales package simply check the "I wish to Donate the money to my favourite Charity" box. Once your Blackberry is processed the full amount due will be sent directly to the Charity of your choice.

Will you still buy my old mobile phone if its broken?
Cashberry Recycle both working and non-working mobiles, we may still offer to purchase your Blackberry even if its broken. If this is the case we will contact you with an amended price for your phone, you then have seven days to accept or decline the offer, at which time if you have not responded we will automatically process your order at the new price.

Can I send the Accessories that came with my Blackberry?
You are welcome to send any Chargers, Data Cables, Head Sets and Cases that came with your Blackberry.

How long is my CashBerry order valid?
After you place your Cashberry.co.uk website order its valid for 21 days.
We will send you several reminders via email during this period.
If your Blackberry(s) are not received within the 21 days we will assume you no longer wish to proceed with your recycling order and it will be automatically cancelled.

Can I track my order?
There is really no need to track your order as we process the orders same day as they are received which means you get paid faster! Sometimes as fast as next day.

How do I wipe all personal data from my Blackberry?
To delete all information and reset your Blackberry simply:
- Go to Options
- Select Security Options
- Select General Settings
- Press the "Menu" Key and select Wipe Handheld
For extra piece of mind our technicians remove all data and security wipe all handsets once they reach our processing facility.
